Return Policy
New, unopened items may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. All garments are subject to inspection upon arrival.

All merchandise must be unwashed and unworn with hangtags attached.

 Underwear, Face Masks and headbands and gift cards are Final Sale.

Must provide proof of payment with returned items.

Outgoing shipping charges will not be refunded.

How to Complete a Return
1. Login to your account, view the order using the ‘Complete Orders’link under My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button.

Note: for international returns, please email info@kleenfabrics.com

Shipping flat rate: $10.00. Exceptions apply. Kleen Fabrics will pay return shipping on any defective or incorrect item.

2. Package the item(s) you wish to return with the printed return form. Print the shipping label provided and affix to the box. Drop it off at your nearest shipping depot within 7 days.

3. Kleen Fabrics will process your return within 5 business days of receipt of the package.

Note: Payment refunds can take up to 10 days to reach your bank.

Exchange Options
If you would like to exchange your order for a different size or color, email info@kleenfabrics.com and we will take care of you.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
